Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9 am - 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using USPS or UPS. 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We do offer free shipping at various rates throughout the year.  This information is displayed when available on the banner of our website. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@greenbubblegorgeous.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
