Our Body Butter is a very whipped product.  If left in direct sunlight or extreme heat there is a good chance that it will melt.  We are not responsible for replacements if it melts via shipping.  We ship on ice with temperature controlled packaging. If your body butter melts, it is still that same great product.  It is just more condensed.
